about

Two years have passed since Daitenshi escaped from the UGI's Corduroy lab and awakened to his power as a Lumina - a "child of light". In the months thereafter, he has found hearth and succor with the "Sprite Riders", a loose coalition of Luminae with similar stories and various abilities, bound only by their shared desire to forge a better world in the Territories for themselves and their friends.

The avaricious Greathouses - self-styled noble families hungry for whatever they find or can claw away from the UGI - have built and ruled over many city-states across the Territories after the Shutdown, with varying effectiveness. Countess Imari Walton, the governess of Tempest, allegedly wields her authority to orchestrate and indulge in indescribable blood-soaked fantasies, leading detractors and opponents to call her "the Red Queen". However, any inquiries to confirm her involvement in these brutal displays turn up empty, and those inquiring minds often disappear - or turn up dead!

On a particular night in Tempest, the Sprite Riders receive word that an All Hallows festival has taken a sinister turn - and that the Red Queen herself may make an appearance! Join the Chiptune Warrior and Esther, the "Square Wave Witch", as they dive into the darkness and attempt to unravel Imari's dastardly designs!
